• Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory after account registration.
• BetPanda may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Your password should never be shared with anyone.

3Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account at BetPanda. Keeping minors away from gaming and betting is our highest priority.

BetPanda may request government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.

If a minor opens an account on BetPanda, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits at BetPanda must be made via mobile banking or an approved e-wallet method. A minimum deposit amount applies and may vary from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–60 minutes.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All BetPanda bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until all bonus wagering requirements (ranging from x5 to x30) have been met.
• Bonus validity periods generally range from 7 to 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated.
• BetPanda reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse — such as arbitrage or collaborative betting — is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed at BetPanda are considered final. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the cash-out feature where available.

• All match results will be determined in accordance with information from official or recognised governing bodies.
• BetPanda reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at incorrect odds as a result of a technical error.
• BetPanda is not responsible for odds changes during live betting.
• Bets may be voided if match manipulation or match-fixing is suspected.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPanda. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Organised group betting intended to exploit the bonus program.
• Placing bets using software or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to BetPanda's systems.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other users.

8Account Closure & Suspension

BetPanda reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If the provision of false or incomplete information is proven.
• By court order or for legal reasons.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

Users may also request account closure at any time through customer support. Any valid balance remaining prior to closure may be withdrawn, provided all verification processes have been completed.

9Responsible Gaming
